"Best Gummies Ever! Has actual flavors!"
Lol, no reviews? Well, Idk if anyone would even bother checking since their candy factory tours are pretty famous in the US.
BRAND AUTHENCITIY: Is there even any need to question the authenticity of this brand? So many stores like Target, Kroger, and Lolli&Pops carries this brand. That's how I even came to know this brand.
ONLINE ORDERING/ SHIPPING: When it comes to online ordering, it's straightforward. You get to create your own account and save your payment options there. You get to select the shipping options. The shipping fee isn't flat, it's determined by the weight. Their most basic shipping option is like $6 for a 15lb order. They send you a confirmation email with a tracking number that links to FedEx's website. It always arrives within a week with their cheapest shipping option so there's no need for the pricier options.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: I've only had to contact their customer service once and that was when I wanted to cancel an order. They complied with no questions and I saw on the website that it was canceled the next day. You can't cancel it through the website though. You can only email them, but they respond fast.
PRODUCT QUALITY: In all honesty, I've only purchased their clearance items ($6 for 4.5-5 lbs of gummies is an insane deal!). Plus you get a tiny free sample when you purchase a minimum of $15. I've tried almost half their holiday gummies and I have yet to get any bad products. They don't seem to melt easily either. My absolute favorite is the Eggstra Special Gummies! It's too bad it's only sold during the Easter season. Their pumpkin spice maltballs (not a gummy, but it's a fall season candy) are awesome too! You can actually taste the pumpkin spice in the chocolate part.
Albanese's candies has always been well received by my friends. Even friends who tell me they don't like gummies (even Haribo) like these gummies. They tell me they could actually tastes the flavors.
Amongst the non-holiday gummies I tried from physical stores. Pink grapefruit gummies is probably my favorite. It does actually taste like grapefruit! I also like the mango and peach gummies. I also like their Dark Chocolate Expresso Beans.
I also once got the chance to try their banana gummies from the free samples. I came to love the flavor even more than the actual fruit, lol!
I've yet to reorder anything because I'm still in my quest to try out all the candies! hehe
